My company's development and production of TLY series desulfurization pump is axial suction, single-stage single-suction, bracket (suspension) centrifugal structure. This series of pumps are used in hydraulic design, structure design and casting materials, integrated application of the advantages of similar products at home and abroad and innovation. Has high efficiency and energy saving, corrosion resistance, wear-resisting, little vibration, low noise, reliable operation, long service life, maintenance is convenient wait for a characteristic, the comprehensive performance of the pump in the domestic leading level. Can be widely used in thermal power, aluminum smelting and refining industries desulfurization system of lime or gypsum slurry. Which allows the biggest pulp conveying the CW weight concentration was 60%, the highest chloride ion content is 60000 PPM, PH value of 2.5-13, slurry temperature 65 ℃, or less.
With one vertical pump shell structure, the pump flow components used anticorrosion wear chrome, nickel alloy; Shaft seal adopts without washing water mechanical seal form, can prevent the pump fluid leak, in order to avoid damage to the bearings.
